Regina McCrea received her Juris Doctorate with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Upon her admission to the bar, Regina practiced insurance defense litigation in Spokane for four years. In 2007, she joined Owens & Crandall, now known as Owens, McCrea & Linscott, and was made a partner in the firm after three years. 

Regina’s practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical and legal malpractice, insurance, and general civil litigation. Her background in the insurance industry gives her a balanced perspective in handling claims and assists her in achieving efficient resolutions of disputes.

Regina is the President-elect of the Idaho Trial Lawyers and participates in the Coeur d’Alene Women in Business. Regina is married and has 2 children, both of whom attend North Idaho STEM Charter Academy.
